Customer Service Executive (Call Centre) for Southeast Bank


Southeast Bank is looking for ambitious, smart, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individuals who can perform in the following position of the Bank’s Call Centre.

Position: Customer Service Executive (Call Centre)

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Provide product and service related information
  • Receive and escalate customer requests and complaints
  • Able to handle inbound and outbound calls where required
  • Capable to handle customer queries through email
  • Document all call information according to Standard Operating Procedure
  • Record details of actions taken

Employment Status: Contractual

Academic Qualification:

  • Minimum 4 Years of Graduation from a reputed university or equivalent degree with no third division/class in any academic career


  • Age not over 30 years as on September 30, 2016
  • Have good command in English and Bengali (Oral & Written)
  • Must be able to learn quickly to acquire the product and process knowledge
  • Proficient in Ms Word, Ms Excel
  • Willing to work 24/7 roster basis, including weekends and public holidays
  • Hard working and ability to work under stress
  • Fresher are encouraged to apply
